The shop is very well equiped with everything you could possibly need, the staff are very helpful, I e-mail with a general query about a vivarium and not only did they respond quickly but they then went on to talk me through exactly what I would need. They created a custom package just for me and put it on the website so that I could purchase it. Unlike other pet shops I\'ve been to, they expressed interest in the reptile i own and made sure that they were providing me with the best equipment to take care of it, they genuinely seem to care about the animals and their customers and provide an excellent service throughout. I would definitely recommend them to both beginners and experienced reptile keepers. You couldn\'t provide a much better service than you already do, keep up the good work! | The products are great at Petzoo exactly as shown on their web site,but most of all the staff where VERY helpful and polite and did everything in their power to get my order to me even calling the delivery agents to track down my order for me.the staff seemed to care agreat deal about the welfare of the animals i have and offered any help and advice i needed. The only problem i have encountered with Petzoo is the online payment method as i still have problems paying for my orders online and this does some what put me off ordering as i am so busy i can only place orders late at night but the system won't exept my credit card payments on line for some reason but apart from this problem PETZOO is fantastic and their staff are exellent. |
