Out of Stock Items
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our stock levels are accurate, there may be times when between you placing your order and your order being picked for packing, a product will become out of stock.

Should a product you've purchased from us be out of stock at the time of processing your order you'll be alerted by email and by notes in Your Order History

If your card has not been charged yet and some items are in stock, you will be charged the adjusted amount with the cost of the out of stock items taken off. Likewise if everything on your order happens to be out of stock and your card hasn't been charged then we will cancel the charge completely and no money will be debited. Otherwise, a refund will be processed for your out of stock items within 3 working days.

Paypal refunds will clear instantly, credit/debit card refunds will clear in 3-7 working days depending on your card issuer.
